POOLWERX CONVENTION 2024 PRIVACY POLICY 

Poolwerx Corporation Pty Ltd ACN 061 535 493 (Poolwerx) is committed to managing personal information openly and transparently in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP).  

This Privacy Policy outlines how Poolwerx and the third-party Convention application provider (DNA Event Management) will handle and store your personal information collected during registration for the 2024 Poolwerx Convention.  

Poolwerx requires that DNA Event Management takes all reasonable steps to maintain the security of your personal information and to handle your personal information in accordance with the APP.  

Personal information means information or an opinion about an identified or reasonably identifiable individual. Personal information collected will include your name and contact information. Delegates can view their information and choose which information is shown to other delegates.  To edit their personal information after registration , delegates will need to contact DNA Event Management. 

Poolwerx will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your personal information will be stored on a secure database.  

Your personal information will only be used or disclosed for the purposes of enabling your participation in the Convention and for conducting post-event follow-ups, and to enable DNA Event Management to fulfil their reporting and any legal or contractual obligations. All personal information will be securely destroyed or de-identified after these purposes have been fulfilled. 

Any questions you may have regarding the collection and use of your personal information, if not addressed by this Privacy Policy, should be directed to Poolwerx. If you are concerned there has been a breach of the APP you should notify Poolwerx immediately so that this can be investigated promptly. 

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating this page. The revised Privacy Policy will take effect when it is posted on the Poolwerx Convention 2024 application via EventsAir.
